I love it when you see something that just stops you in your tracks, like this. Thinking about Sally’s gluten-free week led me on to thinking about food in general and how we approach it.
I saw this poster from the Western New York Book Arts Centre and thought: “They’ve got it!”
It perfectly summed up my thinking on the subject.
Then I saw the citation. It’s from 1917.
I love how some good advice just doesn’t date.
